Step 1 Talk to us and we would be able to help find you the best possible package depending on the duration of your holiday or what you’re expecting from the trip.
Step 2 After our conversation, you decide which package best fits your schedule

Step 3 Send us the following documents for the visa application process:
• PP size photograph
• Scanned pdf of your passport bio
• Travel insurance if you’ve purchased from your country of origin or we purchase for you
• Passport copy or voter ID for Indian nationals

Step 4 Along with the documents, the following fees is to be paid in advance. There are two ways to proceed further:
First option
• Remit the SDF (sustainable development fee) & air ticket fare if we purchase return flight
• The total SDF for the duration of your stay will be forwarded to you by us.
• The SDF needs to be paid while applying for your visa so advance payment of SDF particularly is highly encouraged first.
• We highly recommend remitting the return airfare flight costs as well. No hidden charges on the airfares fees. The fare will be whatever the airlines are charging. You can double check their website to authenticate it.

Second option
• Remit the full cost of the trip i.e., (SDF + airfare + package cost)
• The total amount to be remitted will be forwarded to you by us.
NOTE: As an individual or as an agent, we can apply for a visa but it will not get approved. Only after the payment of the SDF, the visa gets approved.
VISA IS GUARANTEED 100%.

Step 5 • It usually takes 2-3 days for the funds to get credited in our Current Account held with Bhutan National Bank. After confirming the funds, the visa is then lodged and SDF fees paid. We will follow up with the bank w.r to the funds.

Step 6 • We wait for the e-visa after lodging. The visa gets approved in 4-5 days if all informations are true and correct.

Step 7 • If you choose to remit only the SDF first, then we will send you your copy of the approved visa after which you’ll have to remit the rest of the balance amount for further action such as hotel bookings, vehicle bookings, guide & driver bookings, air ticket purchase, etc.
• Note: It is rather easy to remit the full amount at once to make things easy for both of us. Also, you’ll save some on the remittance charges.

Step 8 • We will forward you the copy of your approved e-visa & other details via email and then you’re all set for the adventure to our beautiful country. NOTE: The details, itineraries and contact details of corresponding guides and driver will be shared to you before you start your journey. We will make sure to keep you posted.
