Founded during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic by Thinley Norbu and Sherab Tenzin, this initiative was born out of an unwavering commitment to alleviate suffering and provide a loving sanctuary for these voiceless souls.

Today, Zeus Nakulu Dog Shelter operates two facilities in Thimphu and Paro, offering refuge to over 760 dogs as of March 2025, ensuring they are fed, cared for, and nurtured with love.
