🏔 Day 2: Discover Thimphu’s Treasures

• Hike to Tango or Cheri Monastery
• Enjoy the panoramic Tashichho dzong Viewpoint 
• Step into history at the Folk Heritage Museum followed by a lunch
• See the national animal at Takin Preserve 
• BBS tower top for photos
• Evening at leisure

📍 Overnight at Phuntsho Khangzar or Hotel Thimphu Tower, Thimphu

🍃 Day 3: Thimphu to Bumthang

• Visit zeus Nakulu dog shelter (Thimphu) 
• Enjoy the breathtaking Dochula Pass 
• Journey towards Bumthang (Approximately 7 hours driving)
• Picnic lunch or other arranged depending on the time of the day
• Evening at leisure

🍃 Day 4: Bumthang

• Jamphel lhakhang
• Kurjey lhakhang
• Tamzhing lhakhang
• Lunch
• Bumthang Brewery (local beer is made)

🐦 Day 5: Bumthang To Phobjikha Valley

• Visit Trongsa dzong
• Visit the Black-Necked Crane Center on arrival
• Explore the Gangtey Monastery 
• Take a refreshing Gangtey Nature Trail Walk 
• Evening at leisure

📍 Overnight at Dewachen / Home stay, Phobjikha

🚗 Day 6: Phobjikha to Punakha

• Hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Lhakhang
• Discover the iconic Punakha Dzong 
• Walk across Bhutan’s Longest Suspension Bridge 
• Lunch by the riverside or other arrangement
• Evening at leisure

📍 Overnight at village homestay/Wangdue eco-lodge, Punakha

🚗 Day 7: Journey to Paro

• Visit Chimi Lhakhang (Temple of Fertility) 
• Lunch (Toebzam)
• Quick stop at the Simtokha dzong view point
• Visit Tachog Lhakhang
• Evening at leisure

📍 Overnight at Metta Resort or Resort Thim Dorji, Paro

🐉 Day 8: Paro’s Majestic Sights

• Hike to the legendary Tiger’s Nest (Paro Taktsang) ( Approx. 3-4 hrs round trip) 
• Immerse in culture at the National Museum 
• Evening at leisure

📍 Overnight at Metta Resort or Resort Thim Dorji, Paro

✈ Day 9: Departure from Paro

• Airport drop-off for your onward journey

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Bank Transfer (SWIFT / RTGS)
• 50% advance payment for booking confirmation or 100% full payment whichever is convenient for you
• 50% balance payment after visa confirmation

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Full refund if visa & logistics payments haven’t been made (SWIFT charges deducted from the amount refundable).
2. Partial refund if cancellation happens after visa is lodged & logistics are booked. The amount refunded by the hotel based on their cancellation policy and the SDF refunded based on the Tourism Council of Bhutan's policy will be refunded to the client after deducting service fees (10%) & bank charges from the amount refundable.

Founded during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic by Thinley Norbu and Sherab Tenzin, this initiative was born out of an unwavering commitment to alleviate suffering and provide a loving sanctuary for these voiceless souls. Today, Zeus Nakulu Dog Shelter operates two facilities in Thimphu and Paro, offering refuge to over 760 dogs, ensuring they are fed, cared for, and nurtured with love.

At CUDIS ZEUS FURRY TRAVELS, we believe that travel can be more than just exploration; it can be a force for good. As Bhutan’s first welfare-driven travel company, we have intertwined the joy of discovering the Land of the Thunder Dragon with the noble cause of saving and protecting its stray dog population. All of our proceeds go directly towards supporting the Zeus Nakulu Dog Shelter, ensuring that every journey you take with us leaves a lasting impact on the lives of these rescued dogs.
